Trail Started For Kzoo Cycling Tragedy

Testimony started in the trial of the man facing the accusation of hitting and killing five bicyclists in the summer of 2016 north of Kalamazoo. The name of the accused is Charles Pickett Jr. and is charged with five counts of second-degree murder, and five counts of driving intoxicated causing death and four counts of irresponsible driving causing impairment.

The selection of jury started on Monday concluded Tuesday afternoon, after this attorney gave opening statements, and then prosecution called its first witness. Starting the trial, the prosecution said the evidence produced in the trial will show that Pickett was traveling about 58 mph in a 35 mph zone and he showed no signs of breaking rules, until the truck he was driving hit the first cyclist, and the same evidence will show that he had many controlled substances in his system.

Laura Trott & Jason Kenny Works-Out With Homeless Poodles

Golden couple of cycling, Laura Trott & Jason Kenny, left their bikes for a while to join up for a very unique fitness session & it seemed that both of them have enjoyed huge. The Olympians were recently found working out with homeless poodles from Dogs Trust Manchester.

The self-proclaimed dog-obsessed duo fell for two most energetic canines Oscar & Jessie. Both of them are springer spaniels & are siblings by relation.

The pair who had 2 sproodles – a cross between springer spaniel & poodle- remarked that they literally had to be dragged from the duo as their visit concluded.

Trott Wins Silver At World Track ominum

Leading Brit rider Laura Trott has reportedly won silver at the ominum event of the World Track Championships recently concluded at Paris. The Olympic champ was beaten by Aussie rider annette Edmondson who triumphed the even with the prestigious gold.

It was the 3rd successive ominum silver for Trott at World Track Championships.

Britain has won another two silver titles at the prestigious World Championship but unfortunately could not collect a single gold- which is first for the great cycling team since 2001.

Anna Meares Wins The London Cycling And Returns Back

Competition for the week at the London Velodrome is the platform where Anna Meares won two years before.

It was Olympic gold which he brought back in. She is now all set to prepare for the 2016 at Rio and she is hailed as the sprint queen.

GB name 5 Olympic Champs For London Track World

GB have declared 5 Olympic champions as the riders for London Track World next month. Much to the dismay of many British cycling enthusiasts, Sir Wiggins has not been selected by GB for London World Cup this time.

The 2012 Tour de France hero who also won gold in Olympic time-trial the same year, is planning to eye on team pursuit challenge at Rio Games 2016. The 4-times Olympic champ won silver at Commonwealth Games for England this July prior to claiming the prestigious time trial road world title 2 months back in September.
